Office Staff and Executive Assistant Required for busy office in Cashel.Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Location: Cashel Co Tipperary.
Hours: 9.30.5pm.
Administrator to join a creatively led, solar company in Tipperary, this role is a perfect match for someone who has had comparable experience in executive assistant roles and is eager to develop their career in an innovative organisation.

About the Role:
This role requires a candidate with a strong professional services background. The main element of this role is executive assistant support. Candidate must be flexible and have driving license.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant:

Diary Management / Arrange Meetings.
Travel Plans /Expenses.
Prepare Monthly Management Meeting Reports and circulate Minutes.
Prepare / edit documents.
Manage and organise external / internal events.
Assist with Reception cover.
Printing / photocopying / scanning / filing / binding.

HR Administration:

Prepare employment contracts and manage the onboarding process.
Maintain and update internal databases regarding annual leave, sick leave etc.
Respond to employee queries related to HR.
Collaborate with the Managing Director to maintain and update policies and procedures.

Who We Are Looking For:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with the team, directors and all staff members.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Proactive individual demonstrating pro-active approach to work.
Possess strong organisational and follow-up skills.
Excellent internal and external communication skills, (verbal, written, listening).
Excellent working knowledge in MS Office; Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
